Our Restaurant

At AWA gastronomy is a central part of the experience we want to deliver.

Our chef Oscar Bermudes, together with our sous chef Andrés Donoso, create a new menu every day with surprising flavors.

The culinary wealth of Hotel AWA emphasizes the local traditions, searching and selecting with dedication the finest ingredients of the zone.

Our menu is based on the regional and local produce available on every season.

Most of our products are purchased in our surroundings, as a way to support the local producers and also to know the origin of our products.

For this season we are devoping a new orchard for AWA, that will supply most of the vegetables that our kitchen demand.
